1. Overview

Welcome to ModaReal.Club (hereinafter "the Company"). These Terms of Service govern the rights, obligations, and responsibilities between the Company and users in connection with the use of the ModaReal.Club website and related services (hereinafter "the Service").

By accessing or using the Service, or by registering as a member, you are deemed to have agreed to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy.

ModaReal.Club is a paid community platform where travelers and global digital professionals share information and opinions based on real travel experiences.

2. Eligibility

To use the Service, you must meet the following requirements:

• Be at least 18 years of age
• Provide accurate and up-to-date registration information
• Agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy
• Maintain a valid payment method for paid membership

Minor Protection: This Service is not intended for users under the age of 18. If the Company becomes aware that a user is under 18, the account may be immediately terminated and related data deleted.

The Company reserves the right to restrict access or terminate accounts of users who do not meet these requirements.

3. Membership & Subscription

3.1 Premium Membership

ModaReal.Club offers a paid Premium Membership. Pricing, billing cycle, and terms are displayed on-screen at the time of purchase. The Company may modify pricing and membership terms with prior notice.

3.2 Billing

• Memberships operate on an auto-renewal basis.
• Charges are applied periodically to the payment method selected by the user.
• Users may manage their subscription at any time via the "Billing / Manage Subscription" page.

3.3 Cancellation

• Users may cancel their subscription at any time.
• Upon cancellation, access to the Service remains available until the end of the current billing period.
• No further charges will be made after cancellation.
• Payments already made are non-refundable as a general principle.

3.4 Refund Policy (48-Hour Rule)

A refund may be issued only if all of the following conditions are met:

• The refund request is made within 48 hours of the initial payment
• No paid features have been used

Paid features include the following actions:

• Accessing the ModaReal.Club Discord community
• Posting comments, liking content, or engaging with the community
• Using member-exclusive features

Simply browsing pages or viewing city information does not constitute use of paid features. Once any paid feature has been used, payments are non-refundable.

4. Account Termination

4.1 Termination by User Request

Users may request account deletion at any time by contacting support@modareal.club. Upon account deletion, related data will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. Certain data may be retained for a period of time as required by applicable law.

4.2 Termination by the Company

The Company may restrict or terminate accounts without prior notice in the following cases:

• Violation of these Terms of Service
• Repeated violations of Community Guidelines
• Fraudulent activity, provision of false information, or other illegal conduct
• Confirmed to be a minor

No refund will be provided in the event of account termination by the Company.

5. Community Guidelines

Users agree to comply with the following:

• Share honest and factual experiences and information
• Respect other community members
• Refrain from posting false information, spam, or harmful content
• Not share account credentials with third parties
• Not engage in illegal activities within the Service

Violation of these guidelines may result in account restriction or termination without prior notice. No refund will be provided in such cases.

6. Discord Community Access

Premium members are granted access to the ModaReal.Club Discord community.

• Discord access is limited to one Discord account per member account.
• Changes to a linked Discord account are only permitted with Company approval via support@modareal.club.
• Discord access will be automatically revoked upon subscription cancellation or account termination.
• Discord's own Terms of Service apply separately to the use of the Discord platform.
• The Company is not responsible for Discord platform outages, policy changes, or service interruptions.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on ModaReal.Club — including text, city data, design, UI, and branding elements — is the intellectual property of the Company. Reproduction, distribution, or commercial use of such content without prior written consent from the Company is prohibited.

Content posted by users in the community remains the property of the respective user. By submitting content, users grant the Company a non-exclusive license to display and utilize that content within the Service.

8. Limitation of Liability

• The Company does not guarantee the accuracy or timeliness of third-party data (including weather, exchange rates, and cost estimates).
• The Company is not liable for any personal loss arising from user-shared experiences or information within the community.
• To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Company shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of the Service.

9. Changes to Terms

The Company may update these Terms as necessary. In the event of material changes, users will be notified via email or in-service notice at least 14 days prior to the changes taking effect. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

10. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea. In the event of a dispute arising from the Service, the parties shall first attempt to resolve the matter through negotiation via email at support@modareal.club. If a resolution cannot be reached, the courts of the Republic of Korea shall have jurisdiction.

Users residing outside of Korea may utilize Online Dispute Resolution (ODR) procedures as an alternative means of resolution.
